Our career transition services are intended for organizations that wish to provide this type of support to employees leaving the organization during layoffs or job terminations. Please note that this service is not available to individuals unless it has been provided by their employer.

Offering a career transition program is essential for supporting employees during significant changes. It not only helps them reposition themselves in the job market with confidence but also provides emotional support, tools, and guidance necessary to achieve their goals.

Our career transition programs are flexible and customizable to meet the specific needs of each organization. We offer various levels of programs tailored to your needs and budget. 

At Leduc RH, career transition service fees are only billed once employees activate their access and have their first meeting with one of our certified coaches. If an employee decides not to use the service, no fees are charged. This means you pay exclusively for the programs that have started.

Yes, our programs include support during job termination announcements. A coach is assigned to meet with the affected employees immediately after the announcement to assist them through this transition.
