An individual career transition program is personalized support granted by the organization to an employee who is leaving, during a layoff or at the end of their employment. A certified, dedicated coach guides the person through a tailored path, assessment, résumé, action plan and search strategy.
Career transition is the service an organization offers to an employee whose position is ending, to support them from the announcement through to their next job. Our individual programs provide it with a certified, dedicated coach for each person.
As soon as the end of employment is announced. A coach can be on hand the same day to meet the person immediately after the announcement and support them through the transition.
Certified career transition coaches, selected to build a strong alliance with each participant. The person is paired with a dedicated coach who supports them from the start to the end of their path. At the Management level, an organizational psychologist supports the process.
The right level depends on the position held, seniority and how complex the repositioning is. A move to a similar role suits an action-oriented program, while a leadership position or a change of sector calls for deeper support. We work with you to match the right level to each situation. For senior leaders, the executive career transition program offers distinct support.
The length varies with the level chosen and the person's pace. An action-oriented program such as QuickStart aims for quick repositioning, while the Professional and Management levels offer more extended support. The scope of each program is set with you when it is granted.
No. Fees are billed only once the employee activates their access and holds their first meeting with a coach. If the person decides not to use the service, no fee applies. You pay exclusively for programs that begin.
Our services are exclusively for organizations that wish to support their employees in transition. We do not offer services directly to individuals, even if they wish to cover the fees themselves. If your employer has granted you a program, go to transition.leducrh.ca to access your space.
