Frequently
asked questions

What is an executive career transition program?

An executive career transition program is confidential support designed for senior executives and leaders at the end of their employment. It combines strategic positioning, professional brand development and access to the hidden market, with an executive-level coach.

What sets the executive program apart?

Support led by a dedicated executive coach, enriched with a recognized psychometric assessment and the input of an organizational psychologist. The path is calibrated for the specific challenges of senior executives, positioning, high-level networking and integration into a new role.

Is the process confidential?

Entirely. Meetings are held discreetly, at the time and place that suit the person being supported, and no detail of the path is shared without their consent.

Who supports the person?

A certified executive coach, dedicated from start to finish, with the support of an organizational psychologist for psychometrics and reflection on leadership.

What if the person is not aiming for another position?

The program adjusts to the path chosen, whether a new leadership role, consulting mandates, an entrepreneurial project, a board seat or an active retirement. The process and the coach align with that destination.

What is the difference between executive coaching and the executive program?

Executive coaching supports a person in a role, in carrying out their duties. The executive career transition program supports a person who is leaving the organization toward their next step; it is granted by the organization at the time of an end of employment or a layoff.

Do I have to pay the fees in advance?

No. Fees are billed only once the person activates their access and holds their first meeting with their coach. If they decide not to use the service, no fee applies.

Where are your services offered?

Throughout Quebec and across Canada, in person or online. As a member of Career Partners International, we also coordinate international mandates.
