Frequently
asked questions

What is project RPO?

Project recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is an embedded team of recruiters that joins yours for a volume of positions or a set period, working in your tools and your ways of doing things. You multiply your capacity without weighing down your structure.

How is this different from headhunting?

Headhunting targets a key position with a targeted direct approach, while project RPO deploys an embedded team to run several positions at once. The two services combine as needed.

How many people make up the team?

The size of the team scales with the volume of positions, the target pace and the stages to cover. It can adjust during the mandate if the need evolves.

Do you work in our systems?

The team can plug into your tools, your ATS and your processes, or deploy its own if you have none. The goal is continuity with your ways of working.

How long does a mandate last?

The length follows the project, a few weeks for occasional reinforcement, several months for a large-scale hiring campaign. The terms are agreed from the start and can adjust.

How are the costs structured?

The model is based on an hourly rate tied to the work done rather than a commission per hire, an advantageous structure for volume mandates. It is presented clearly before the project begins.
