In most cases, yes. Momentum™ is included in most of our career transition and outplacement programs, depending on the program selected. There are no licences for you to manage.

Yes, and it is at the heart of our approach. Each person has secure, personal access. Their exercises, CV, notes and exchanges with their coach belong to them and are never shared with the organization. This confidentiality allows everyone to reflect openly and move forward with confidence.

Access is activated at the start of the program. Each person receives an email invitation and can begin the same day, at their own pace.

You receive a periodic activity report: sessions attended, steps completed and workshop participation. Personal content, such as exercises, CVs or notes, remains private.

The protection of personal information is governed at every step, in compliance with Quebec’s Law 25. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is strictly limited: only the person, their coach and the team responsible for their file can view their work. Consent is collected and recorded in the file, and a designated privacy officer handles requests for access, correction or deletion.

Each tool is part of a structured process, designed and followed by a dedicated coach. Participants move through a structured path, with one-on-one meetings, live workshops and digital tools all in one place.

Yes. The portal is available in English and French, and the tools support more than 10 languages for people whose first language is neither.

No. Momentum™ runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, with no installation and no involvement from your IT team.
